HEAD COACH
RUDY BAUTISTA
Rudy Bautista is the head coach of NOLA Athletic FC, bringing a wealth of experience both as a player and coach. With a distinguished career spanning several continents, Rudy's professional journey began with a strong foundation in the USL, where he played for three years.
His career continued in Honduras with Villanueva FC in the second division, where he played two seasons, and Marathon FC, a top-tier team, where he accumulated five years of experience across various categories.
As a coach, Rudy holds a Level 2 diploma from the Centro de Alto Rendimiento Profesional in Madrid, Spain. In the United States, he is a licensed B Coach and has earned a special topics diploma in MLS preseason from the United Soccer Coaches Association.
His diverse background and extensive qualifications make him a valuable asset to NOLA Athletic FC as they compete in the UPSL United Premier Soccer League.
VICE PRESIDENT
ELSIE RAYON
Elsie Rayon brings a wealth of experience to her role as Vice President of Nola Athletic FC. With a long history in the soccer community, she began by coaching at the Gretna Recreation Department, Plaquemines Parish Recreation Department, and Louisiana Fire Soccer. Her leadership skills were further refined during her tenure as Vice President of Operations at Soccer Innovations of America.
Elsie's commitment extends beyond soccer; she has actively contributed to the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Louisiana, the Young Professionals Committee, and completed the YLC Leadership Development Series. She holds a diploma in Sports Technology and Innovation from Tigres de la Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and Zsports Peru.
In addition to her sports background, Elsie is a certified interpreter with the Louisiana Supreme Court and brings over ten years of experience in the legal field. As Vice President of Nola Athletic FC, Elsie is dedicated to elevating the team, applying her diverse expertise to enhance operations and drive the team to new heights
